Our Changing Climate: Introduction to Climate Science features an up-to-date comprehensive overview of the foundations of Earth’s climate system, a greater focus on climate change issues, human and ecosystem vulnerabilities to climate change, energy and geopolitical issues and much more. The primary author is Dr. Chad M. Kauffman, Director of the Meteorology Program at California University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Kauffman is also a professor of Earth Sciences at California University of Pennsylvania and has taught Introduction to Climatology and Synoptic Climatology & Applied Climatology courses throughout his career. The textbook contains 14 chapters each written to a weekly topic. Each chapter is designed for one week of study by the student.
